We are really sad to know that you feel this way but we did not mentioned or advertise any feature for the free plugin that is not included. Also, you never mentioned any issue with the plugin or had any bad experience with us. We try our best to offer the features that are possible from our end.

We can understand if that is not enough for some of the users and we really appreciate any feedback or feature suggestion. But there was no feature request from your end as well. Please do let us know what more we can include. We will be happy to improvise in future

What can you do with the free version?
If you can’t, why did you(your company) make it?
Just say the trial version.

Basically, if you run a shop, the following functions are required at a minimum.
Multiple Commission Types – In Starter
Multiple Product Category – In Starter
Single Product Multiple Vendor – Professional (It just really basic function, right?)
Export / Import – Business

So you will understand why I mention “a company that uses a trick to trade with a version.”

I will be happy to share the details. The free version can allow the user to register as a vendor, create and sell their own product from the frontend dashboard.

Two types of commission ( Flat & percentage) for the global end and the user end is available. Vendors create a product under a category and they can sell all over the globe. A basic marketplace can be run using these features and already 60k+ users are using the plugin to run a multivendor marketplace using the plugin.

I can understand your requirements are a bit advance and we do have solutions for the advanced marketplace on the paid features. But most of the basic requirements are available on the free version.
