Unable to add custom shipping provider.

    Hi, I wasn’t able to add any new shipping provider. I’ve tried sync and reset the list and even reinstall the plugin after dropping the wp_woo_shippment_provider table in the DB but still doesn’t work. The only way I could add a new shipping provider is by adding it manually with MySQL.

    Hi @vanrezza,

    We just change small changes in code. Can you please delete the plugin and reinstall it and check again with creating a custom shipping provider.
