Parent Category Desc not displayed on Mobile

    Hi there,

    We have a weird issue going on and one that might be a possible bug?

    We have two categories in question, one being an inner parent category and one being a subcategory. Each of which has content found in their descriptions.

    On the desktop, the information is seen for both categories without issue.

    Subcategory – https://prnt.sc/xywe33 (Desktop)
    Inner Parent category – https://prnt.sc/xywd8l (Desktop)

    However, when we transition on to a mobile, the following is seen;

    Subcategory – https://prnt.sc/xyw86c (Mobile) – No issues
    Inner Parent category – https://prnt.sc/xyw7jg (Mobile) – No content shown?

    We have:

    Cleared caches, we have no CSS interfering, no snippets hiding the content.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
