  • I got below error msg.

    Please try to update the theme and plugin to the latest version and check.
    And go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.

    thank you Abhishek. It is resolved. Error was caused by missing thumbnail image files in Media-Library. Error msg is strange.
