I’m trying to change the default font in a WP theme; I’m pretty sure I changed it correctly but when I go to ‘visit site’ nothing has changed. I earlier changed it (not knowing what I was doing) and after a while it showed up; however, the size is too small. I’m changing in the body tag if that matters, and updating file after each change. Does it take time (which doesn’t make sense to me)? Am I missing a step? Help!!!

did you try to reload the page in the browser (reload button), or tried to refresh the browser cache by pressing CTRL and F5 at the same time?

Thanks! That did work – so simple, but not till you know it!

Now I’ve fixed the text; somehow the body color was also changed during this process; I was able to figure out how to change it back. However the spacing on the page is all changed! The right sidebar is WAY too far over with tons of space between the body and sidebar. I can’t see code that seems to ask for that???? Did I cause this by changing fonts? I put fonts back to original just to check but didn’t help. Thx for help – I don’t know code but am learning by doing necessarily!
