    Hello,
    I can see the member details as name, member since, email, etc… however I can not see the bank account details that the user set when he signed up…
    Can you tell me how could I see that bank details please?
    Besides when I check the user plan, the plugin shows the message “This user don’t have any plans”… however the plan was set by him when signed up!! How it is possible?

    Hello,

    1) You will be able to check members’ bank account details from the ‘Payment History’ page. So navigate to the payment history page and click on ‘View Details’ of any transaction and the popup will display all information of bank transfer related to that transaction.

    2) Regarding “This user don’t have any plans”, kindly note that if the plan purchased through a bank transfer payment method, then it is necessary to approve transactions from payment history by admin. So please check the transaction is approved or not for that user on the payment history page.

    Solved, thank you. Yes, I found all of that in the Payment History page!!
