Forbidden error cant access my admin panel

Did you check that your site didn’t go to the maintenance mode?
Since you’ve said that the error caused while you were updating plugins.

Error didnt cause while updating plugins. the error just came before updating plugins and whenever i update php version it doesnt work ahead of 7.0 version

I think the problem is in your plugin. Try manually deleting that plugin. Check If that works.

Actually the plugins are deleteable but as i said whenever i go on site again and again forbidden error comes.
