Paypal Donation

    We just established a paypal business account for a 501C charity. However when go to GiveWP paypal donation and click the “connect with paypal” a windows with the URL sandbox.palpay come up asking to create a new account, I enter my email and my country united state, click next, then click I already have an account login. However enter the correct email address and password, I get an error message incorrect user info.

    What is going on? Is there a different login?

    I answered my question, I was under test mode. So that is why the sandbox URL appears and paypal use a test account for test mode under developer option. When I turn off test mode, I was able to connect. However, I still have error. I will make a separate thread
