    I found the place where reset facebook metadata might need to appear at, on the right side of the product page, when editing it.

    But all i see is “Facebook:
    This product is not yet synced to Facebook.”

    Are you still seeing the “Product has not yet synced” message?

    Is it only products with variations that are showing that message or are all products showing that?

    Could you please make sure you’re on the latest version of Facebook For WooCommerce, version 2.2.0?

    Hi,
    Sorry for not getting back at you.
    @crazywickedawesome – Yes, it is only variations, and yes i am on the latest version of wordpress, woocommerce and facebook plugin.

    The weird thing is that somehow some of my variations started showing that facebook column on the right in the product page.
    I get the facebook id including the options –
    Reset Facebook metadata
    Delete product(s) on Facebook

    However the product is not synced to facebook, There is also a weird link on the facebook ID, if you click it, you reach https://www.facebook.com/12345
    where 12345 is the product number. clicking on it reaches “This Content Isn’t Available Right Now”

    Apparently somehow something has changed (not from my side).. my products get synced!!

    Well, Again I’m stuck..

    I added 5 new products yesterday, none of them sync, they are all products with variations.
    I tried manual sync, I see their details in the product page on the column on the right but nothing on facebook..

    There was an upgrade to the facebook plugin so i upgraded it to latest.

    Hi @pixelicous!

    Thanks for the update!

    Can you turn on logging for Facebook, try a manual sync, then check the logs?

    You can turn on logging from Marketing > Facebook, then checking the enable logging checkbox.

    Once you’ve turned that on, and run a manual sync, your logs should show up in WooCommerce > Status > Logs, you may need to use the dropdown on the right to pull up your Facebook for WooCommerce logs.

    If you could include the contents of those logs in your reply here, we’d be happy to help you review them.
