I like using the plugin “Site Kit by Google“. What do you mean by “better”?

What is it you want to accomplish? Both have a dashboard panel to give you highlights from your Google Analytics and both load the necessary GA scripts for you. I can’t tell you which is better for you. You’ll need to look at their features against your requirements.
