transfer from one to othre warehouse

We have a simple but tedious problem. We have a large warehouse where we keep 90% of the stock (it has to be temperature controlled). The second sc working warehouse is used for packing and shipping. A couple of times per week we have to compile “trasfer-list” for picking up from the main warehouse for transporting to the packing one. It is always a mess since we have to make the list manually, sometimes something is lost in the large warehouse, or for some other reason we cannot find the item, inventory is faulty etcetc, in the end, inventory is faulty and all the business is a nightmare.
Can one have a simple plug-in to create transfer-list, and after transport to confirm or modify the transfer results? In an ideal world that could be in a tablet with a person clicking on items when picked. And those transfers updated in our shop back-office. nThe plug-in may also include settings that define that sales are from a specific warehouse – in our case from the second one
