I activated the Autoptimize plugin and found that my website is redirecting from HTTP to https. Now I see that many high-ranking pages became non-indexable, including the homepage. How do I fix this?

Afraid I don’t see how AO could cause a redirect from HTTP to HTTPS glipper, sorry … Can you share your site’s URL so I can have a quick look at what’s happening?

Sorry, I updated WordPress, then added this plugin, so I decided to dig into any issues. kleinmoynihan.com

The seem thing (the redirect to HTTPS) is happening with AO disabled (by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL); see https://kleinmoynihan.com/?ao_noptimize=1

When checking Settings -> General what are “wordpress address” and “site address” set to?

Settings say both addresses are set to the HTTPS. Sorry if this is unrelated to the plugin!

Well, try changing those to https:// if you’re sure that’s what you want (it is actually considered back practice not to be on https)?
