Add checkboxes to posts admin

I would like to add a column of checkboxes to the ‘post admin’ panel. They would be checked when a post is posted to a social site. This way we can immediately see that the post has already been posted in the list.

It would make it easier than to go to the social posting schedule and then back and forth.
