Simplest things don’t work

  • Forced to migrate from Atomic Blocks to Genesis blocks, however the migration provided does not work and there is zero support when requested.

    @ebrett I’m so sorry to hear this has been your experience! I would love to help you get this properly migrated over in any way I can.

    It is possible to re-run the migration at any time, which may resolve this for you. To do that, log into your wp-admin, and add this to the end of the URL:

    ?genesis-blocks-migrate=1

    So the full URL would be this for your site:

    https://YOURDOMAINNAMEHERE.com/wp-admin/?genesis-blocks-migrate=1

    That will direct you to the migration page, and you can re-run the migration. Once complete, those blocks should be converted to Genesis Blocks.
