Move Search widget to top on mobile

Hi guys how i can move search bar ot the top of the page instead bottom how it is now??? Why the heck you guys moved search to bottom??? Does not make any sense having it bottom of the page

Hi widget is moved on top,butit is resized to the bottom on mobile an there is no way to keep it ot top for mobile,have a look https://porninaminute.net/
