    Hello,

as in the title, it seems you remove the ability to browse the folders with plug-ins (Elementor) with the Lite version of your plug-in!
And, it’s not possible to rollback from 4.5 to 4.3.1

In the 4.5 Changelog, you didn’t wrote about this new limitation.
    It’s not fair…

    Hi @scarpinoc ,

Thank you for choosing FileBird, I’m so sorry that you are faced with such limitations now, please be aware that due to some WordPress policies, we have been forced to adjust some of this features and so we have added some limits and also lifted some restrictions in the Lite version, please learn more about the differences between FileBird Lite and PRO:

We hope you might consider to upgrade with a little, one time fee to break all limitations.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-

    Ehmm.. what?
    WordPress policies?
Did Worpdress told you to add this limitation to Elementor??? I’m not sure…
And, why didn’t you write this change in your last changelog?!

    Hi @scarpinoc ,

Thats right, just like I said before, some of the policies “forced us” to restructure the limitations, making us to lift some previously existing limits and also added some limits.

And indeed, we had it in changelog, please see:

    Thank you.

    Hi,

is it possible to see this “policies”? thank you. HOw WordPress forced you to add this limitation? What’s the reason?

Such an odd event but the situation is explained in their blog: https://ninjateam.org/filebird-lite-important-notice/
Some other media library plugins which fall short of this review batch are being closed.
I guess the FileBird dev don’t have much choice between having it kicked off or keeping it sustainable.
BTW, there’s an option to revert to v4.4. But I’m not sure what they have in mind for what’s next with that 10-folder lite version.
