Only show T&C checkbox once scrolled

    Is it possible to only show the confirmation checkbox once the user scrolls to the bottom of the terms, alternatively to show the terms in full screen on checkout and user uses the browser scrollbar to scroll and then checks the checkbox?

    Anyone know if this is possible or theres a work around. as it stands users can check the accept the terms without even scrolling through it, therefore not even reading the terms?
