‘Noscript in head contains invalid HTML elements’

  • Hi all,
    I’ve run my website through sitechecker.pro and the following error has come up as critical on 58 pages: ‘Noscript in head contains invalid HTML elements’

    Can anyone please suggest what I need to do to fix this?

  • It looks like a Facebook tracking script has been placed in the wrong place.

    It’s been put in the <head> tag, when it should go just after the opening <body> tag. Because the <noscript> part of it has an image tag in it, that makes in invalid to have in the <head> of your document.
