Gutenberg editor: replaces the file (pdf) but leaves orphans to media library

  • When trying to replace pdf file from Gutenberg editor file block it lets you replace the file, but renames it (-1,-2…) and leaves duplicates in media library. Version installed is: Enable Media Replace 3.5.0

    Hello,

    This happens with file block and when you replace the file with upload. WordPress core is at 5.6.2.
    From media library the file gets replaced just fine.
