ajax filter are not working

    Hello
    I’m building shop page with elementor and assigned it with woolentor to shop page. the products are called with “product archive layout – custom” widget
    products are weel displayed.
    the woolentors filters are working, but any third party plugin like yith ajax search or ajax searh is general is not working.
    how can we solve that ?

    Thank you so much for contacting us.

    We have read your message thoroughly. Unfortunately, AJAX filters won’t work with any custom layout widgets such as “Product Archive Layout – Custom” or “Universal Product Layout“.

    It will only work with the “Product Archive Layout – Default” widget.

    Another thing you should know is that this support forum is meant for the support of the free version only. If you use the pro version you can create a ticket on our support website for further queries.
