two URLs are accessing same post

I have created many posts and need them to maintain the same url/permalink structure for seo.
My original permalink structure was Date and name: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
In a mindless moment, I updated the permalink to Custom: /%postname%/
I changed it back a couple of hours later but now I have two urls pointing to the same post.
How do I get rid of the Custom URL pointing to the post?Old url I want to keep

and the custom url I dont want to be available:
