Can’t enter any text into the results page fields

    Hello –

    Just installed and purchased the Premium version of this plugin today. I’m using WP 5.6.1 and QSM 7.1.11.

    On the “Results Page” tab I can’t enter any text. Sane problem in both visual and text modes. The only field that lets me enter any text is the URL redirect field.

    Tested in Firefox, Chrome and Brave – they all exhibit the same behaviour. There are no errors in the dev consoles of any of my browsers when the page loads, but TinyMCE throws a jQuery error when I try to add media (the only button that can be clicked).

    Why is this? It makes the plugin useless right now, since only the default message is displayed upon quiz completion. Wouldn’t be so bad if the default message didn’t tell the user the response can be edited, but it does.

    Please advise.

    Just found the CSS for the #results-page-1 textarea is set to visibility: hidden. I can unhide it and then edit the text – everything works after that, but this is definitely the cause of the issue. Refreshing the page sets visibility back to hidden again.

    Hi @digitalformula,

    As we are not experiencing this issue at our end. So I request you to check for plugin or theme conflict on your website.

    To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
