  • Hello @devaraj227 ,

Okay, the goal here is to sell the book both in the physical format and virtual format. Is that right?

Having a variable product is the correct way to do it. You will have to have two variations –

    1. Variation with a regular book, just like your correct simple product type.
    2. Variation with the downloadable, virtual book where you will have these options – https://prnt.sc/z4ur4c (upload your book on the downloadable file selection)

Once a customer buys the downloadable variation they will get the book as in the downloadable format.

If this is not working for you, let me know in detail exactly where the confusion is arising.

    Thank you ??

    Hey Rashed,

Thanks for your help. I’m in Product Data and have selected “Variable Product.” When I click on “Variations” it asks me to first set up attributes. But when I do this – paperback book and eBook – then click on Variations, it tries to offer me a mix of the two only, not each individually.

    Can you help? Thanks

I think I got this part now! I had to create one attribute and give it 2 values.

My only hassle now is that I can’t upload ePub files to WP for the download. You don’t know a way around this that doesn’t involve writing code, do you?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I am so glad to see you figuring out this one by one.

    Thanks for sharing your updates.

    Cheers ??
