We’ve got goodle ad sense running on the site in 3 locations (1 leaderboard) and (2 right sidebar widgets). I seem to have no control over this and google is placing the ads there which is fine. Because I have not been able to get Google Ad Manager to load my ads, I just downloaded the the WordPress Ad Manager plugin. I have a leaderboard size ad I want to place with a rotation to adsense but can’t seem to get our ad up correctly. I loaded the image 728×90 to my media library and used the file URL for the code (which I believe is not correct as the image does not appear in the leaderboard at all). Plus, I tested the Ad widget and chose that ad, even though I know it would not fit because of the size, but wanted to see if I got something to appear. It resulted in the URL address diplaying in the widget and not an image.

Isnt this system designed to get our own ads loaded within the wordpress site and schedule them to rotate with google adsense?
    Help please.

Are you referring to this plugin? https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/advertising-manager/

I used it on a site without any issues. You go to Ads – create new, paste your code, save and then you can add the new ads from appearance- widgets, and drag the new ad you created onto your sidebar – make sure you select it form the drop-down,

You don;t have to load any images.. just paste the entire add code. If you’re using another plugin I recommend you use the one I posted.

Ah – it’s the appearance -> widgets I needed to know. Not exactly intuitive, is it. Many thanks. Seems to be working now.

Any idea how I get a space between the ads? I entered a break tag beneath the first (of two) but it simply pushed both ads down, still joined together bottom and top.

    Yup you put

The more you put, the more space, 2 will do fine I think..

    Many thanks for your input!!!

If you have some ideas on how to make formatting easier, I am all ears.

    Cheers,
