God forbid you need support

because you won’t get any. Several users including me have a VERY basic issue in that the Insert Gallery into Post button does not function, but I’ve been waiting two days for anyone to answer in the support forum, and support tickets are blocked to free users. The problem the developer doesn’t understand is that there is NO WAY I will purchase any extensions if the basic product doesn’t work for me. Plenty of other plug-ins to choose from.
