Problem adding attachments with the same name

Hi,
Some time ago I noticed a problem with adding files that have the same name.
I add PDF files from time to time, the names of which may duplicate. I noticed that after uploading such a file to the server and adding a shortcode to the entry, when I tried to open this file from the page, the file was replaced with the new one in the entry that was added long ago.
