add to cart button won’t update cart immediately

    Hi, I like wc product table plugin.
    And I met an issue today. Actually it worked perfectly at the very beginning. But now if I use the add to cart button, the quantity won’t change immediately, and there’s no notice told that your products has been add to the cart. Only when you refresh the page, these actions’ notice has been shown up. I checked each part I have changed, but I cannot figured it out.
    Can I make it updated immediately after I click the add to cart button? I think there should be some problems about ajax. Since I check the xhl request, and it showed me that:
    wc-ajax=wcpt_add_to_cart – these request was post after I click the add to cart button,
    wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments – these request only post after I refresh the page.

    plus:
    If I use the default woocommerce button, everything goes well.
    But I change the button to add to cart via ajax. It need me to refresh the pages.

    Also, I left two style buttons on the page. You can view it if you want..

    The plugin’s Add to Cart button works well normally. It is being used on many other sites with no known issues.

    So it seems to me that something else is conflicting with WCPT on your site and breaking the add to cart button functionality. Since it was working well for you earlier, perhaps it is a new change you have made to your website.

    I can help you resolve the issue. Please follow the Debugging Steps on the plugin’s support page to look for any conflict. Once you have done that send me the site details via the support form and I will take it from there.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply. I have turn off all other plugins and also change the theme to 2016. But this issue still happened.. I am not sure why, so I have sent your login credentials by email to debug what the problem is. Thank you.

    hi all – I must mention I have the same issue. The plugin worked great, up until a few days ago; I have disabled all plugins installed since then and problem remains.

    The pop-up below in the page sometimes only appears when I refresh page, or keeps loading when I add something to the cart via Ajax.. I have tried this on several browsers (iOS, Android, Chrome) and it seems reproducible.

    @gunzothegreat same issue. I also changs the theme to 2016, but it does not work. I am not sure which part goes wrong. At first, it works great. Now only the default add to cart button works good.

    – @gunzothegreat my apologies for the inconvenience but perhaps the same simple fix will work for you as well – just delete the plugin from your site and re-install it from the wordpress plugin repository.
    But in case this doesn’t work for you, it would mean yours is an entirely different issue and we will need to get into a separate conversation where I will help you resolve it.

    @wcproducttable Hi, thanks for your help. I have tried wc product table plugin. But the situation happens again. When I use the add to button, the view cart is still loading.. I need to refresh the page. Should I remove the plugin and install it again?

    Hi all,
    The issue has been solved by the plugin author. There should be someone modified wc product table plugin code from the server side, so it should be not be the plugin problem. This plugin is very nice. Thanks!

    dear all, I wanted to add that perhaps it is related to this setting:

    WooCommerce settings -> Products -> Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

    Once I re-enabled this, the issue seems solved.
