Purchased Unlimited but unable to upload large file?

I am trying to transfer a large .wpress file to a new website, and purchased the unlimited plan. However, now that I am trying to upload it, it says that the file is too large and that I need to purchase the unlimited plan. Do I need to log in somewhere to show that I already have the unlimited plan? Thank you.
