Multiple forms on the same page

Hi,

I use multiple forms [shortcodes] on the same page.

I have one in the footer loaded on every pages,
and on one particular page I need to use an additional form with different setup.

My problem is, it doesn’t matter which form you use for sending a msg, both will fire its msg, sending 2 emails.
It is like, if you are using both forms at the same time, so the admin cannot decide which one was actually used.

Do you know any solution for this?
