Automated + manual ads not visible

The issue might occur due to the conflict with the other plugins. Can you please check it once by deactivating the plugins on your site whether the issue is persistent? And Then let us know back.

Thank you for your quick response, somehow I missed the notification.

With a troubleshooting plugin I deactivated all plugins and installed a different standard theme. Even when all the plugins are deactivated, excluding WP Quads and the theme, the ads are not visible. When hovering WP Quads at the top bar it says ‘Ads working fine’.

Update: Instead of creating automated AdSense ads, I created a ‘custom code’ ad and pasted a code snippet from an ad created in AdSense. This works ?? It’s the ad that is shown below the first image on all pages and posts, except on the home page. In the widget area are still two ads that are generated with the AdSense Ad creator, though remain invisible.

Can you please verify the visibility and targeting condition of the Ad? Check if it is valid.

Oooooo yes it’s working! Thanks!! That did the trick. While creating the ad I filled in my Customer Ad ID where it should be the Data Slot ID of the ad… Now it all makes sense of course.

Though, there’s one thing that I can’t figure out. I’m not sure if it has to do with precisely this topic (or if I should open a new ticket), but the ads on the pages are not displayed on (a/my) mobile device. I do have the triggers that they should load on the devices: desktop, tablet, mobile and small screens activated. Does this have to do with the triggers or validation or something else that I’m missing? When I make the browser on my laptop smaller they do show, but on my phone they’re not visible. Or… could this have to do with that it takes time for Google to display ads? Maybe I should have more patience, but because of the whole trigger / valid thing I’m in doubt if I’m doing it right ??
