    Hello,

    A customer from San Jose, CA has encountered,”There are no shipping options available” when trying to buy a product. Why is this happening and what is the solution to fix?

    Hi @rrnewmed,

    It seems that either San Jose, CA is:
    (a) in a shipping zone with no shipping methods or
    (b) not covered by any shipping zones.

    For further checks, kindly send us a screenshot of your Shipping Zones setup at WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones > the specific shipping zone
