Checkout page default header replaced with duplicate checkout form

    Just recently when users go to checkout they are getting 2 checkout forms. The form that is usually below the header is now duplicated and replaced my default website header.

    Just started using the new Avada layouts for the header and wondering if anyone else has had problems with this?
