    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/togrul/public_html/wp-content/themes/mag/functions.php:135) in /home/togrul/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 868

    That file in the “mag” theme has an issue on line 135 which is sending output to the browser before the page is ready. This is probably a blank line or similar that is not enclosed in php tags.
