Getting FB fan page post not work on live mode

Thank you for using the plugin.

Can you please tell me whether these permissions are reviewed and allowed for submission?

If not, you need to review the app approval for specific permissions to work.

After submitting the review application, Facebook will verify the app and allow it to request in live mode.

Otherwise, it will only work in the dev mode. As the dev mode needs no permissions
verification from Facebook.

For example, marked requests are enabled on live but others are not requested yet.
After the approval live status will be shown for each permissions( pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, pages_read_user_content,pages_manage_posts ).

We already got those permission and all online.Please find the enclosed screenshots below:

But our apps can get the post on development mode, so the set up was correct, after switch to live mode, the app cant get any post, so it need another permissions or some things wrong?

We would need to view your error log. View the latest log and give us an image.

The follow question was solved.but a new question was show up.

We have got pages_manage_posts ,pages_read_user_content and pages_read_engagement permission approved and in facebook live mode, the users can get their fan page post, however some of their fan post get error that cannot get any fan page post. We have no idea why it happens. Is it because some of the fan pages are private?
