    Hi,

    Only the billing address appears on my order form. I’m using divi with a shortcode to show the order form.

    Can you tell me what to do in order to display the shipping address option?

    On the Woocommerce > Setting > Shipping > Shipping options, I have checked “send by default to shipping address” (the force to billing address is NOT checked).

    If I understand you correctly, “ship to a different address” isn’t showing on your store’s checkout, correct?

    If that’s indeed the case, could you please temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and let me know if the issue persists?

    Also, you mentioned you’re using Divi with a shortcode to display the order form, could you please provide more information on this?

    Kindly double-check if the issue persists on the regular checkout without Divi.

    I use this as a ashortcode:

    Also I’m a little affraid on turning of my theme to put the storefront them. When I will go back to my divi theme, it will not break things?

    Thanks for getting back. It’s good to err on the side of caution.

    Therefore, be sure to make a backup of the site before testing.
