    Try using the following CSS:-

    .noptin-optin-main-wrapper .noptin-form-footer .noptin-optin-field-wrapper:not(.noptin-optin-field-wrapper-hidden) .noptin-form-field {
    height: 30px;
    min-height: 30px;
    padding: 2px
    }

    Change the CSS depending on whether you would like to reduce the height or the width.
