Page not eligible for connect

Hi @ztig,

From what I understand you’ve been added as Admin of your clients Business Manager account on Facebook using this process below.

When trying to select one of these client Facebook pages however those are not available for you within the plugin, would that be correct?

Can you select any pages when trying to connect the plugin from the installed site like maybe those page from your own business account?

Yes, I can select those pages that are owned by my business, but non of the pages that I have requested access to (and been granted page-admin level) through business manager.

No, the business that owns the page is listed as partner, the page and pixel are shared assets between our business accounts.

Neither of us add users to our business-accounts that aren′t employees.

But basically what you are saying is that the plugin can′t be used for shared assets regardless of access level?

Hi @ztig. Only pixels created through the business manager can be selected through the plugin setup window so in order to be able to connect a store to Facebook using our plugin, you’ll need to be able to access the business manager.
