2FA, when enabled, should appear for users in their profile page where they can modify display name & contact details etc., which can be accessed by all signed in user levels even if they cannot see the admin dashboard.

You may need to allow the appropriate user level under “Enable 2FA for these roles” in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings.

This will work normally for wordpress installation where the user have access to the backend, but when using woocommerce, it adds customer role which does not have access to backend. so in this case he isn’t able to enable it. Secondly using woocommerce my account to login, 2fa isn’t compatible, giving an error.

Wordfence 2FA and reCAPTCHA are currently only fully compatible with default WordPress login functionality, and indeed does not extend to most 3rd party user management pages such as WooCommerce. There are development plans to bring wider compatibility to Wordfence, but I cannot commit to timescales on new features here on the forums.
