2FA authentication error

    I have Version 7.4.14 installed, the server time on the page and that of my phone seem identical but I still get the error message. I’m trying to use the Google Authenticator and I scanned the QR code from my login security page. What else can I try?

    Hi @beevee, thanks for your question and sorry to see you’re having some trouble with 2FA.

    Do any of your recovery codes allow access to confirm whether the problem is with your server/authenticator device, or are you unable to set up 2FA altogether due to the confirmation code required to switch the feature on immediately failing after scanning the QR code?

    In the end, I did succeed in activating – by typing the number under the QR code instead of scanning it…
