I just figured it out after countless tests.

Downgraded to elementor 3.0.9 and it works.

Why not in the latest version?

First, go back to the latest version.

I’ve checked your page on latest version of Microsoft Edge on our device simulation, but everything seems to be working fine on my end. Here’s a screen recording for more clarification.

Could you please make sure that you have the latest version of Edge installed on your website?

I don’t think it going to work on IE11, Microsoft stopped supporting it and many functions that works on Firefox and Chrome is not working on IE11.

Since it is addon for Elementor it will not work on IE11 as they said here:
