Page slow down elementor

This was for testing, I deactivated all The plugin and tested and I got a score of 100 in page Speed insight

Then I activated the elementor and elementor pro and my page score dropped to 46 and 77

How can I bring the score close to 100 evening installing the elementor and elementor pro

I am using litespeed server of hostinger and litespeed cashe plugin

Any help will be helpful
