Is there a wordpress Image Builder widget?

I am searching for a tool like this :

I am not sure if there’s a wordpress plugin like this, but there must be some flash script like these ones.
If there’s a wordpress plugin for this, or anything that I can merge into my website, I would truly appreciate it.
