Font Sizes Different On Site To Preview

  • Hello
    I am still in the design stage with my site.
    My issue is that when I preview the Image and Hover the Title and Description Text is correct as I want it but when I transfer for my Trial Test Website the Font Size Appears to Revert to Theme Style.
    What and where can I alter this please
