Styling emails?

I’m working on the email sent to the user, and I have attempted adding classes and styles to the emails, but it appears they are sanitized. I’m attempting to style the email similar to how I’ve styled the form. Is there a way to do this? Thanks as always! I’ve greatly enjoyed utilizing the platinum version.
