More product types needed

    I’m currently developing a coupon plugin which adds a new product type “gift_card”. The purpose is to allow customers to buy gift cards and automatically generate a mapping coupon.

    As the plugin only shows simple products, the quantity field is now missing.

    I would like to contribute, add a simple config page which allows the administrator to select the product types the field should appear for. (Default would stay simple)

    But I’m a bit rusty regarding how the process works for SVN. How can I contribute? Via patch-file or is there another process (similar to pull-requests maybe)?
