Tasks added to the cron manager disappear after a while

  • I created 3 new events in cron manager and everything was fine. But right now I can’t find these events in list.
    I’m sure I didn’t delete them. And this situation has already arisen before, then I thought that I might have deleted it myself.
    This is generally possible?

    Were the events defined as recurring or singular? The singular events are removed by WordPress after they run.

    Also, if you restore the database the added events will be wiped.

    I’m having the same problem. It’s a recurring event and once in a while it gets deleted/removed and I have to manually add it again..

    Could it be the cause that the code incidentally gives an error? Or shouldnt that matter?

    It shouldn’t matter. If it disappears it means something must deregister it. I don’t think WordPress does that on its own ever.
