Using for bulk upload cities?

    Hello, I have a pre install question. I wanna build a international real estate website with all European countries and cities. this will be thousands of cities. Is it possible with your plugin to bulk upload them to the theme if I have them in a csv or execl file?

    Is there a plan to update this plugin to be up to date?
