When someone signs up they show up as a WordPress user but they do not show up as a WooCommerce customer. The funny thing is, it did work for the first customer I signed up, but once I deleted that customer – I was running a test, not a real customer – the next customer I signed up did not appear as a customer. Not sure if this is an issue, but I did add some PHP to split the sign-in and register fields by creating a shortcode for each. I needed them to be on separate pages. I did delete the code to test if that would change things, it did not. This is the tutorial I used to create the new shortcodes: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-separate-login-registration/

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@darenjm I’d like to get a few more details to better understand the behavior you are reporting. Here are my questions:

    * What is the workflow users are following to register on the site? What page are they registering from?
    * After they register, what is the user role that their account is assigned?
    * What do you mean when you say “they show up as a WordPress user? Where exactly are they showing up?
    * On the other hand, what do you mean when you say they don’t show up “as a WooCommerce customer”? Where are you expecting these accounts to appear?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
