When the jetpack plugin is enabled on my site I get 403 forbidden errors
-
Since Monday, I found that certain sites like the Google crawler, and a few sites to check if a site is up like https://www.isitdownrightnow.com, are reporting that our site has a 403 Forbidden error. After wasting my time with the ISP. I renamed the .htaccess file and then stop WordFence and then Jetpack plugin. With jetpack deactivated the site no longer get the forbidden errors.
I have now disabled the plugin, since I need Google’s SEO to find the site. So if you check it now it will not get that error. Not sure what to do to fix.
