Hello, we have been using the plugin for some time now. Since the move to the hoster “Raidboxes” the following current problem exists:
Clicking on the categories from the regular blog causes “There was a critical error on your site.”

The error can be temporarily solved by resaving the WP Permalink settings.

    ErrorLog:

    Hi,

Can I know what is current PHP version? Also, have you tried WP Safe Mode to narrow down the problem and rule-out any conflict with other plugins or themes?

Also, since this happens after <Since the move to the hoster “Raidboxes”> maybe you can check with your host if this is a possible server-related settings issue?

Hi Angelo, the site is running on version php 7.4. The support team at Raidboxes believe that the problem is caused by the plugin and would like you to comment on the error log, see above. Thank you very much!
